Ali1

Meet Ali Herrmann.
Heavily steeped in color theory, my work attempts to demonstrate beauty within the natural world. I use a cross disciplinary approach, combining both fine art painting and jewelry making. The color palette from pigment and paint combinations often inspires similar color coordinations with my semiprecious stone jewelry. Likewise, the image transfer process used in my domino pieces developed from a printmakers background. By using the two media, I try to keep my work fluid and personify a world of color and beauty to be worn, adorned, and hung in the world.

ce goldenMeet CE Golden.
I was born and raised in northern Illinois and currently live in Massachusetts where I received my BFA concentration in painting and sculpture at The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University in 2004. From 2006-2009 I was an apprentice under a metalsmith jeweler in Santa Fe, NM. I had hands-on training working primarily with high carat gold, semi-precious stones, and sterling silver jewelry. During this time, I learned traditional metalsmithing techniques while cultivating a strong sense of pristine craftsmanship and my own unique aesthetic. I’m very much influenced by the places I’ve lived, the people I’ve met (and continue to meet), stories I’ve been told and the objects I collect. My work is informed by these influences and my hope is that they become much more than just tangible objects—that they have a voice.

Lisa Anderson

Meet Lisa Anderson Studio.
Originally from Southeast Kansas, Lisa spent her childhood living in Australia, Iran and Greece. She attended the University of Minnesota and received her B.A. in Asian Studies and Chinese. After she graduated she pursued a music career and was voted best female singer/songwriter by the Minnesota Music Academy. Lisa began making jewelry and exhibiting at craft shows some nineteen years ago when she first started collecting unusual beads and findings during her travels. Her jewelry now combines organic, bohemian and retro design drawing inspiration found in nature, Eastern philosophies and fashion during the 60’s. Ferns, flowers, twigs, oms, paisley and peace signs flourish in her earrings, bracelets, rings and pendants. Using recycled silver, gold and semi-precious stones; each piece of her hand-fabricated jewelry is made with the highest quality craftsmanship in her Berkshire studio. Her philosophy is to create jewelry that is truly special but can be worn everyday.

Each piece is hand-crafted in Emily’s studio in the Berkshires with love and care.

robin
Meet Robin’s Creations.
I have been crafting my whole life and enjoy creating things with my hands. My latest obsession has been creating one of a kind leather jewelry. I enjoy seeing people wearing my creations and how excited they get to discover what new things I have created. I want my creations to stand out and create things that other people aren’t doing. It’s fun to mix different metals and beads with the leather and see what new things I can come up with!

stacie mincher
Meet Stacie Mincher Designs.
A life-long pack rat and dumpster diver, Stacie enjoys the excitement of the search for supplies almost as much as making the art itself. Stacie is best known for her designs utilizing recycled zippers, which she organizes into interesting patterns to create beautiful and unique brooches, pendants, hair barrettes, and earrings. She has been known to cover the faces of clocks, lids of wooden boxes, frames, and Christmas tree ornaments with zippers. Stacie began creating with zippers in 2005 after her Mother came back from a trip out West with a zipper heart pin she had purchased. Using the bought piece as inspiration, she started with her Grandmother’s zipper collection and quickly made the craft her own. She begins with whole zippers and cuts the fabric tape off, standing them up or flipping them on to their sides to be glued to a wood base. She often describes the process of filling in the spaces as painting with zippers.

Windfall
Meet Windfall Designs.
I create hand crafted, original jewelry primarily using Sterling silver, but also incorporating brass, copper, natural stones, found objects, as well as colorful enamels and patinas into my designs. I draw inspiration all over, but mostly my work is informed by process. The enjoyment and aesthetic of putting form + color into balance. My work is created in a collective studio space in Oneonta, NY.
